Mind Body Matters - What is it?
The free curriculum focuses on the Wellness of both the Mind and the Body and encourages exploration between the two. The curriculum is designed for girls ages 8 to 18 years of age. We are currently enrolling for our Fall Cohort. Classes begin November 15, 2023 at 5:00 pm at Roy Wilkins Recreation Center (Merrick Blvd. and Baisley Blvd.) All participants must commit to minimum of 12 sessions.
